    Hola amigos!

I was in the middle of planning my next road trip in the Yucatan Peninsula & stumbled across your adventures… quite lovely! I’m Guatemalan & am happy you’re en route (or have already been) to Tikal! It is the biggest jewel my country has to offer tourists. If you want to get away from the jungle head to the caribbean: Livingston! My favorite spot to relax in my homeland! Happy travels! & big cheers from So California!

Hey Mme, we are actually in Guatemala right now, in Antigua. As I write this, I’m listening to the drums of a Semana Santa procession fade off into the distance. We really enjoyed Tikal, and the Yucatan. Do you live in California now, or just visiting?

        Ciao Guys!

I am an ex-pat in the Golden State. Congrats on being in what I consider the #1 spot in my country to be in for Semana Sanata! If you guys get a chance, hit up my buddy “Tito” (Hector Ramirez) who is also an ex-pat & a great friend of mine. He is in Antigua now & headed to Copan, Honduras. He’s at the:

        Escuela Español Hombres De Maiz
        7832-5450
        Callejon Camposeco 5
        Antigua, Guatemala

Tell him in Spanish that “Nos mando tu amiga la Chip de Los Angeles”–he’s going to laugh! Enjoy your stay in my mother land!

        Buenas noches,

        Mme Yeni //Chip//
